Porsche 918 Spyder

Unveiled in 2013, the Porsche 918 Spyder pioneered hybrid hypercar performance with a 4.6L naturally aspirated V8 paired to two electric motors, delivering a combined 887 PS and 1280 Nm. It rockets from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.6 sec and reaches a top speed of 345 km/h. Built around a lightweight carbon fiber monocoque, it weighs roughly 1,640 kg and can drive short distances purely electric. With the optional Weissach Package, weight drops further thanks to magnesium wheels and carbon upgrades. Limited to 918 units, it reshaped the hypercar landscape by proving electrification could amplify performance.
